Our unique history started when I was in college, working at a hood cleaning company.  We would travel all across the state, visiting different restaurants, cleaning their locations inside and out, and keeping them in compliance.  It was fun and very satisfying turning a huge mess into something perfectly clean over and over again.  But, poor management decisions among the higher ranks eventually led to lay-offs and the company's eventual closing.  When that happened, I knew I needed to start my own hood cleaning company.  And, I did - right after graduation from school.  With some funding from a couple interested industry contacts, I was able to open our doors and hire many of the skilled, experts I had worked with along the way.
